Atari Port of Vic-20 Big Mouth Jack from Issue 4

Simple port to the Atari.
Some new additions:
*Redefined character set and graphics stem.
*More mouth positions/animations.

• ATBIGMJK.BAS --- Atari BASIC SAVE'd file.
• ATBIGMJK.LIS --- ATARI BASIC LIST'd file.
• ATBIGMJK.LINUX --- ATARI BASIC LIST'd file with unix end of lines instead of Atari CHR$(155). Useful for editing outside of the Atari and then reading back in from an emulator's Host drive (such as atari800 or atari++ emulators.)
• ATBIGMJK.DOS --- ATARI BASIC LIST'd file with DOS end of lines instead of Atari CHR$(155). Useful for editing outside of the Atari and then reading back in from an emulator's Host drive (such as Altirra.)
